We meet as a full body at least six times a year whilst individual governors also visit the schools regularly to explore and discuss specific issues and meet pupils and staff.
Most business is conducted through the full Advisory Board, but we are supported by two other committees:
Finance Committee: which provides detailed scrutiny and monitoring of budgets and financial issues
Pay Committee: which reviews and determines staff pay decisions.
